NLT’s strength training program will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, gain muscle tone, and improve your overall health and appearance. You will be completely revitalized by one of our programs! NLT’s unique approach will help you transform both body and mind. Let’s face it, most trainers just watch you exercise. If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body. You need to exercise your mind as well. With an NLT program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health. We will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, we will demonstrate mental exercises as well. We will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.

NLT will help you set goals and reach them. We don’t just show you how to do an exercise; we educate you in the areas of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.

Our Standards
All our clients must obey the follow:

Possess a passion for fitness and to motivate others with your passions. Check the personal stuff at the door.

You are expected to produce a high quality of work and to always do your best.

Check your personal stuff at the door and be the best part of your client’s day

Take the extra step for your client, do more than what’s expected.

Leave the guessing game to the program and be committed to yourself and your client.

Continue to educate yourself and striving for excellence. If you don’t know, find out

Others are looking up to you, so show them the way to positivity. Do not get caught up in negativity.

Do not look at the clock or think of what else you could be doing, your session is the best place to be at that given time.

Things are constantly changing and so should you. Be creative and able to adapt to your surroundings and clients needs.

Bring laughter to the session; it’s not always about being the drill sergeant. Be personable and smile, it’s infectious.
